You may not use this website commercially. References in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Nuremporium Empire” are to Nuremporium Empire Enterprise with registration number SSM IP0391504-H.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Certain products and services may be exclusively offered online via the website. These products or services may be in limited supply and are only returnable or exchangeable by our Return Policy.
Nuremporium Empire attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the Products. However, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. The product photos displayed on this page are for illustrative purposes only. Although we attempt to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colors seen on your computer perfectly reflect the colors of the Products.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. At any time, we have the right to discontinue any product. Any offer made on this site for any goods or service is void where prohibited.
We do not represent that any items, services, information, or other material you purchase or access will fulfill your expectations.
All orders placed on this website may be accepted under these Terms and Conditions. However, your order may be refused for any of the following reasons:
- The item you’ve requested is currently unavailable;
- Our failure to acquire payment authorization;
- We’ve discovered an issue in the pricing or description of a product;
- There is a breakdown in the system or the purchase process, and Customer validation checks failed.
We cannot promise that an item will be available immediately, as inventory can change dramatically over the day. If you place an order, a product may be available, but it may be sold out by the time we process it. Should this happen, we will notify you.
We will e-mail you a confirmation outlining your ordered items when you place an order on our website. When your order has been sent, we will notify you through e-mail. We reserve the right to ship multiple orders separately.
Prices stated on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude any additional services you may choose to purchase, delivery charges, and any applicable taxes or tariffs. Such other expenses will appear before your final check-out. Prices are subject to change without notice, and special offers may be removed at any time.
From time to time, we may provide additional discounts for purchases from Nuremporium Empire online that do not apply in-store or vice versa.
All prices are fixed and non-negotiable because we set prices at the lowest we can sell, happy with only a modest margin. Prices are as set out on this site. We retain the right to change pricing without notice. Please bear in mind that the prices are already inclusive of US sales tax, Malaysian tax, and shipping to your doorstep, and you are still getting the item cheaper than retail. We wish to help make your shopping experience quick and pleasant and sincerely hope that you appreciate our honesty and integrity in our business dealings with you.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNT SCHEMES
Promotional codes are only valid by the terms of the promotions, are not available for payment in cash, and cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or promotions until the date mentioned. In addition, they are personal to you and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Nuremporium Empire accepts the following forms of payment: debit or credit card, bank transfer, and FPX online banking.
For bank transfer, we recommend you to use Inter Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT) for payment (INSTANT TRANSFER). However, if you opt for Interbank Giro (IBG) transfer, we have the right to hold the shipment of your order until the payment clears and is successfully debited into our account.
For debit or credit cards, we accept Visa and Mastercard only. Customers will be asked to enter the details of their debit or credit card in a secure electronic banking system at the time of purchase. All your debit or credit card information is protected through industry-leading encryption standards. After your order has been completed, we will not save your credit card details.
We also accept 0% interest installment options for 3, 4, or 6-month payments by partnering with third-party processors.
The payment will be subject to the convenience fee during check-out when you purchase using a payment card. A convenience fee is an additional value for the convenience of using an alternate payment method by card.
PRE-ORDER AND READY STOCK ITEMS
Our primary ordering system follows the concept of PRE-ORDER, which means that you will have to place a deposit upon confirming your order:
Once the order has arrived, the customer must settle the balance payment within seven days after our notification. If we receive no response from your behalf or we notice that the customer is trying to disregard this matter, we have the right to put your item into AUCTION, and no refund will be given.
Whereas for our READY STOCK ITEMS, full payment is required upon confirming your order. We work by the rule “first pay, first serve”, which means that a customer whose payment for a particular item is made first, shall possess the entitlement to purchase ready stock items. Therefore, we strictly accept no booking from customers without total payments.
SHIPMENT AND SCHEDULE
All prices stated are inclusive of the shipping fee from the USA to the customer’s house. For shipping to West Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan), an additional RM15 is required.
For pre-order items, upon receiving your invoice, we will provide an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), which is the estimated time when the shipment will arrive in Malaysia; that duration is within 4-8 weeks. Please note that this is not a guaranteed arrival date for your order.
This ETA also does not include the duration required for the customs check, which is estimated to take about 4-14 days. Please note that the shipping process and customs check procedures are beyond our field of control. Therefore, we expect you to understand the pre-order concept and patiently wait for your order to arrive.
We will notify you via SMS and e-mail once your shipment has arrived in Malaysia.
Please be informed that once the payment is made, your transaction will be considered final.
Any request for cancellation, exchange, modification, or refund from your behalf will not be entertained (inclusive of change of mind for an exchange or a refund).
In the event of price change (price increment by supplier) or products non-availability/out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and you have the right to receive a full refund of the amount that your part has paid.
Product warranty (if any) will generally be voided upon purchase from Nuremporium Empire unless the product itself holds/ the manufacturer provides a worldwide warranty.
Nuremporium Empire is dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service we have. All items are carefully inspected before being shipped out to our customers.
If damage occurs in transit, an exchange of products OR a refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
- If any item has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- If the item delivered is incorrect, that is different from what has been ordered.
If you receive a damaged item, Nuremporium Empire will offer either a partial/full refund OR an exchange OR a store credit, depending on the severity of the defect.
If you wish to ask for an exchange with a similar item, do send your request to our e-mail. However, the replacement is subject to product availability.
All damage claims must be made within three days upon receiving the goods. To make a damage claim, you need to provide us with details as follow:
– Order Number
– Your name and contact details.
– Photo(s) of the damaged item(s);
– Brief description of the quality issue(s) you noticed
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
While Nuremporium Empire makes every attempt to ensure that our online store reflects the actual availability of stock, however, due to technical delay, there may be an event when an item is shown available online but has just run out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will let you be notified as soon as possible, and you have the right to choose to either cancel or refund any particular item or your entire order.
Please keep in mind that while a user purchases on the site, at the same time, the actual stock also fluctuates throughout the day.
After an order is placed and payment is made, you will receive a reply on our behalf as an acknowledgment of your order. To clarify, such Acknowledgement of Order does not constitute any confirmation or guarantee of stock availability.
In which case, if the item you ordered is marked as “out of stock”, we will make sure that your order is successfully shipped either partially or fully. Otherwise, we will process a refund based on the amount you paid.
We hold no responsibility if a customer provides the wrong details, i.e., name/contact number/address. However, any additional cost incurred due to this matter will be borne by the customer if it occurs.
PACKAGING MERCHANDISE UPON DELIVERY
Item(s) may or may not come with a care card or dust bags. We will pass whatever the merchant/store gives to us. We usually wrap them with few layers of bubble wrap and send them in courier flyers for packaging the item. If you prefer to receive your item in a box, please add it during check-out at an additional cost of RM8 only.
We provide different/multiple courier services for our postage in Malaysia. Your postage will be arranged within a 1-week minimum after it arrives in Malaysia, which is the estimated duration for the process of preparing your order, including unpacking, quality check, transit time, etc. Please note that the parcel will be posted within 3-5 working days upon receiving full payment on your behalf.
Each item is carefully wrapped and packed, and postage will be done in stages by batch according to the order in our list (first-pay, first-serve basis).
We expect you to patiently wait for your parcel to arrive as the process may take time.
We will not take any responsibility against damage, stolen, and lost in transit for your item as it is far beyond our control. We highly recommend you take shipment insurance for your item by paying only 1 – 2.5% of the item’s total value, based on the courier you choose.
Shipment insurance offers total compensation of up to 100% of the item against damage, stolen, and loss during transit. Shipping insurance is not refundable even if the payment/order is canceled, refunded, credited, or charged back.
Nuremporium Empire will provide a tracking number via e-mail. To track the status of your parcel, do keep updated with the respective courier company.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Any breach or violation of Terms will result in immediate order cancellation. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone for any reason at any time.
